Up to $40,000 in life insurance is guaranteed for all applicants.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) announced the launch of its new life insurance for veterans, VALife. Open enrollment for the program begins on January 1, 2023, and will provide up to $40,000 of whole-life insurance for all veterans who apply. After review, service-connected disabilities will be rated on a scale of 0-100% and be compensated accordingly. Acceptance is guaranteed for all veterans, and there is no time limit for application.
“All Veterans deserve to know that their families will have financial support when they pass away,” said VA Secretary Denis McDonough. “VALife is a critical step toward making that goal a reality, helping VA provide more life insurance to more Veterans than ever before in our nation’s history.”
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For discernment for Secretary McDonough as he implements the new life insurance program.
- For VA officials as they care for American veterans.
- For U.S. active and former military members as they avail themselves of government services.
